What is the differance between domestic clean and deep clean?

Our domestic cleaning fits seamlessly into your weekly routine. One of our team takes care of essential tasks such as wiping surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms, your home remains fresh and tidy. For a deeper clean is a one off that is longer and we use our professional steam cleaners, and we will discuss with the customer what they would require needed.

Do we need to visit the property or business beforehand?

Yes, we believe a quick informal visit is essential understand your needs better.

During this visit, we'll assess the required work, note the necessary materials equipment, and estimate the time needed for completion. We'll also take a look at access and parking situations and gather any requests you may have to help us give you the most accurate quote!

Do you do biohazard waste cleans?

Our services do not include the cleaning of biohazardous waste, such as pet or human urine,es, blood vomit, or any bodily fluids. Biohazard cleaning requires specialized training and I am not licensed or insured to handle these materials. Our license only allows for the handling of general household waste, we cannot take responsibility for cleaning up pet messes or disposing of from litter trays or cages.

How do you take payment?

We accept cash, pay pal or bank transfer payments for our services.

What do you mean you say your an eco-cleaning company?

We use a wide range of eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets and our cleaners. Our commitment to sustainability extends to reducing plastic waste by using refill bottles as much as possible, so we can make a positive impact on our planet through responsible cleaning practices.

Late Cancellation Fee

We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Please note that cancellations made on the same day will result in a 50% charge. Thank you for understanding.
